Hubworks is our enrollment and invoicing system.
Details of your child's attendance are sent via this system to the government Centrlink database to assess and allocate rebates.
It contains your contact details as well as the information on your child's diet, alergies and medical conditions and is confidential.
Please enter any dietary information in the 'Allergies' section (even if just an intolerance) in order that the staff will see it on the roll each day.
You can ENROL your child in Hubworks when you wish to start using Holiday Care or After School Care Services.
Please DO NOT enrol twice if you have forgotten your login or password.
You can then LOGIN at any time to check your bookings, rebates, run your invoice or update your child's details.
You need to use the username and password that you were given when you first enrolled.
You can click the 'Forgotten Password' link on the LOGIN page if necessary.
