If you are NOT already enrolled at Glenaeon OOSH Services click below to enrol

You will be sent a logon to Hubworks and you will need to complete your details online.
If you have previously enrolled please DO NOT enroll again. Just complete steps 2 and 3.
If you have forgotten your password just click on 'Forgotten Password' on the login page
Step 2: COMPLETE BOOKING FORM

Bookings will be COFIRMED on completion - NO LONGER CONFIRMED by email.
Step 3: MAKE PAYMENT
Please make payment in advance by Netbank Transfer ONLY to secure your child’s booking.

Hours: 8:15am to 5:30pm (Last Pickup is 5:25pm or LATE FEE applies)
Ages: Early Kindergarten (4.5 yrs) to Year 6 (Year 9 / 14yrs for seniors days)
Fees: From $90 / day
Fee Relief:** Child Care Subsidy Rebates available for approved families (see Dept Human Services website)

What to Bring: Sun-hat, water bottle, healthy lunch, morning snack & afternoon tea (all nut free please)
Please advise of any allergies (particularly on cooking days)
Children must wear appropriate Sunsafe & TICK Safe clothing
(covered arms and legs, socks to cover ankles) and enclosed shoes suitable for walking.
Activities: A variety of fun and appealing indoor and outdoor activities to include adventures & bush skills, art, craft, cooking & baking,
outdoor games and sports in our beautiful bushland setting.
Each day there is also a special activity / incursion (see the schedule above for each school holiday)
There are a minimum of two staff in attendance at all times and staff have relevant qualifications /experience / first aid training and are subject to the Working with Children Check. Our staff are passionate about delivering an innovative and creative holiday care program.

Seniors Program:
The Seniors program is for children 10-14 years only.
This program is aimed at creating a more challenging and age appropriate program for the seniors and they cannot do this with the younger children's needs being met.
There will be teachers dedicated to running the Seniors Camp and creating fun, challenging activities for this age group. Seniors are always welcome to attend the normal program but children from years K-3 cannot attend the Seniors Camp. Numbers will be limited to ensure a great experience for the seniors.
